From August 13 to 15, 2026, the PRAYON team traveled to Suizhou, Hubei Province, for a three-day team-building journey at the Yandi Shennong Hometown Scenic Area.
Under the theme “Together We Grow. Together We Shine. Together We Move Forward,” the journey combined cultural discovery, team connection and sincere appreciation for the people and families behind PRAYON.
Connecting Through Culture
Traditionally recognized as the birthplace of Yandi Shennong, the area represents a rich heritage of exploration, perseverance and contribution.
As the team visited its cultural landmarks, we reflected on how these values connect with PRAYON’s work. Continuous improvement begins with curiosity, responsible action and the determination to create better solutions for the dental industry.
Stronger Together
Away from the usual working environment, colleagues from different departments had more opportunities to communicate, exchange ideas and understand one another.
The experience strengthened trust across the team and reminded us that meaningful progress depends on shared goals, mutual support and close cooperation.
Appreciation Beyond the Workplace
During the journey, PRAYON’s management visited the family of a long-serving team member to express sincere appreciation for the employee’s dedication and contribution over the years.
The visit reflected a belief often shared within PRAYON: a company may be one big family, but it should never forget the individual families behind every team member.
An employee’s long-term commitment is often supported by the understanding and encouragement of loved ones. Through this personal visit and a small gesture of appreciation, the company hoped to thank both the employee and the family members who have supported that journey.
The time together was brief, but the warm conversations and genuine gratitude made it especially meaningful.
At PRAYON, care and commitment go both ways. Our employees contribute their expertise, time and dedication, while the company strives to recognize their efforts, support their well-being and respect the families who stand behind them.
Carrying the Spirit Forward
This journey gave us time to relax, reconnect and create valuable memories together. More importantly, it strengthened our shared commitment to collaboration, responsibility and long-term growth.
Behind every PRAYON product is a team that values quality, trust and continuous improvement. We return to our work with renewed energy and stronger connections, ready to create greater value for dental professionals, distributors and partners around the world.
Together, we grow stronger. Together, we move forward.
